Commentary
A sprained ankle occurs following a sudden inward twisting movement of the foot that stretches, or in some cases, completely tears the above mentioned ligaments. An ankle sprain can occur during athletic events or during everyday activities witch makes them one of the most commonly seen orthopedic injuries & is the most common foot & ankle
injury.
